Free Size Exchange

We want your ring to fit perfectly from the first day. Because tungsten carbide cannot be resized, we offer a free size exchange: there is no exchange fee, and we send your replacement size at no extra cost. Return shipping of your original ring is the customer's responsibility.

How It Works

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the size you'd like instead
  2. Receive your instructions. Our team will confirm availability and send you the return address
  3. Send back your original ring at your own shipping cost, in its original condition. We recommend a trackable shipping method
  4. Get your new size. Once your ring is received and inspected, we ship the replacement size to you

Eligibility

To qualify for a free size exchange, your ring must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unworn, or worn only briefly to check fit, with no scratches, damage, or alterations
  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • Be the same style as the replacement (a size change only, not a different design)
  • Not be engraved. Engraved rings are not eligible for size exchange

Engraved Rings

Because engraving is personalized to each order, engraved rings cannot be exchanged for a different size. If you plan to add engraving, please confirm your size carefully before ordering using our Ring Sizing Guide.

Why Tungsten Rings Can't Be Resized

Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest metals used in fine jewelry. That hardness is what makes it so resistant to scratches and warping, but it also means a jeweler cannot cut, stretch, or reshape it the way they can with gold or silver. An exchange is the only way to change the size.

Tips Before You Request an Exchange

  • Check our Ring Sizing Guide to confirm your size before requesting a replacement
  • Measure at the end of the day, when fingers tend to be at their largest
  • If you're between sizes, comfort-fit rings generally feel slightly roomier than flat-band rings of the same size
