We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your ring for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, so we encourage you to try on your ring and confirm your satisfaction as soon as it arrives.

To be eligible for a return, your ring must meet the following conditions:

  • The ring must be unworn, or worn only briefly to check fit, and show no visible signs of scratching, damage, or wear
  • The ring must be returned in its original condition, including any original packaging, documentation, or accessories that were included with your order
  • You must have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or order number

Sizing-Related Returns

Because tungsten carbide is one of the hardest metals used in fine jewelry, tungsten rings cannot be resized the way traditional gold or silver rings can. This makes getting the correct size before purchase especially important.

If your ring does not fit upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States, the same 30-day return window and conditions apply. However, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs fees or duties paid on the original order are non-refundable, as these are collected by your country's customs authority rather than by WoodTungstenRings.com.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are lost in transit back to us without tracking confirmation.

Store Credit

In some cases, such as returns made slightly outside the standard window or situations involving discounted or promotional items, we may offer store credit in place of a monetary refund. Gift Purchases
