Lifetime Warranty
Every ring from WoodTungstenRings.com is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your ring arrives with a defect, or develops one under normal wear because of how it was made, we will replace it.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the ring, including:
- A wood, stone, shell, or other inlay that separates, lifts, or comes loose from the band under normal wear
- Cracks, chips, or flaws in the tungsten carbide band that are not caused by impact or misuse
- Defects in the finish that appear under normal daily wear
What Is Not Covered
This is a warranty against product defects only. It does not cover:
- Damage caused intentionally, or by misuse, abuse, or a sharp or heavy impact
- Loss or theft of the ring
- Damage from prolonged water exposure, harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or extreme heat
- Natural variation or gradual changes in the color and grain of genuine wood, stone, antler, or shell, which are normal characteristics of natural materials
- Rings that have been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than us
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos of the defect
- We review your claim. Our team will confirm whether the issue is a covered defect and send you our return address
- Send the ring back to our address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a trackable method
- Receive your replacement. If your claim is approved, we send you a replacement ring of the same style and size, and we cover the cost of shipping it to you
Replacement Only
Warranty claims are resolved with a replacement ring of the same style. The warranty does not provide cash refunds. Refunds within the return window are handled separately under our Refund & Return Policy.
Keeping Your Ring in Good Condition
Following our care guidance helps your ring last as long as it should. Remove it before swimming, bathing, or heavy manual work, and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. The full recommendations are on our Care Instructions page.
